The coach shows its work
Every answer now shows the coach's steps and sources, and the coach can propose a settings change that applies only when you accept it.
What shipped
- The coach runs a real multi-step loop: it looks things up, reads the results, and writes an answer from them. Each step is shown as it runs and stays visible in the transcript.
- Every answer shows its sources.
- The coach can propose a change to your settings, such as a blood pressure alert threshold, as a card you accept or decline. The setting changes when you accept.
- Questions about a specific record can be asked from that record, and the answer stays scoped to it.
Fixes
- Attached documents now reach the model.
- A retried message now appears once in the transcript.
