Compare lab reports across sources and units

Compare lab reports across sources and units

Understand current report coverage, compare matching results in your preferred units and request support for another laboratory.

Lab reports use different names, formats and units. Compare equivalent measurements on one trend chart while keeping each original report and value available to inspect.

Add reports from different laboratories

Import a PDF or photograph a paper report. AumniVIDA reads the reported values, units, dates and reference ranges, then identifies matching tests. You review uncertain extractions before they join your health graph.

Current report languages include English and Finnish. The app includes catalog knowledge for laboratories such as HUSLAB, Synlab and Quest. These are examples of current coverage, not a guarantee that every report format or test will match correctly.

Compare compatible measurements in your preferred units

Laboratories may use different unit conventions, including SI units such as mmol/L and units such as mg/dL. The choice depends on the test and laboratory; it is not unique to one country.

For supported conversions, view matching measurements in your preferred unit alongside their original values. Results need to describe the same test and use compatible units to belong on the same trend. Read the source, reference range and measurement context when reviewing a comparison.

Check the original evidence

Open the source document from a result to inspect the reported value and unit. Correct a misread value before relying on a trend. Unit conversion does not make different test methods or clinical circumstances equivalent.

Request coverage for your laboratory

Tell us which laboratory or report format you want to use. Include the laboratory name, report language and the tests or units you want supported. Keep personal health information out of this initial email.

Your request helps us understand which sources to support next. We can follow up if we need more detail; a request does not mean an integration is already available.
