Medications, conditions, allergies and vaccinations join your graph

Four new kinds of records join labs and imaging. Each carries a standard code, so the coach can reason about it.

The record now holds the four kinds of clinical information a medical history is built on.

What shipped

  • Medications with dose, schedule and active or stopped status, coded to ATC and RxNorm.
  • Conditions as a problem list, coded to ICD-10, with clinical status and whether the entry is confirmed.
  • Allergies with reaction and criticality.
  • Immunizations coded to CVX.

Add each kind by hand today. Reading them from documents follows in a later update, and extracted entries will wait in the review queue until you confirm them.

Also in this release

  • The lab result detail view gains "What this measures", a short plain-language note per test.
  • Terminology lookups run against a clinical knowledge service, so a medication typed by brand name resolves to its ingredient.

Fixes

  • Caregiver accounts with read access see the new clinical kinds; writing them stays with the record owner and caregivers granted write access.
  • The extraction review queue keeps its scroll position after a confirmation.
