Explain from your own data

The coach explains what your graph shows, what has moved and what in your graph relates to it. Diagnosis and treatment decisions stay with you and your clinician.

A coach that can read your whole graph could say a great deal. The question is what the coach should say, and where each answer comes from.

What it does

The coach answers questions about your own graph in plain words: what a value measures, what the reference range means, how a number has moved and what in your graph might relate to it, such as the training block that started in March, the nights of short sleep or the supplement you began in June. You see every step the coach takes and the sources behind every answer.

Why from your own data

The point is to make you the best-informed person about your own health. General advice describes a population. Your graph describes you, and the coach reads it first: your baseline, your history, your habits as you track them. An answer built from your own numbers is one you can test, by changing something and watching the next reading.

Where your clinician comes in

Diagnosis and treatment decisions belong to you and your clinician, made with the clinician's context and accountability. When a question needs that, the coach says so and gives you the facts to bring: what changed, since when, and from which records. Understanding your own data makes every conversation about it better, and the coach exists for that understanding.
