Grade every claim

Grade every claim

Every link between what you do and what you measure carries its evidence, and the engine calls a correlation a correlation.

An engine that connects your meals to your sleep and your training to your labs can find a pattern anywhere. The discipline is in what it lets itself say.

Evidence has a grade

Every link between a food and a health measure carries a grade from the World Cancer Research Fund framework: convincing, probable, limited but suggestive, or limited with no conclusion. By default, AumniVIDA shows what rests on convincing or probable evidence. Limited evidence appears only when you ask for it, and it carries its label.

A link needs data

The insight engine looks back 90 days and needs at least 14 nights, with at least four on each side of a comparison. It names a link only when the correlation is strong enough and the effect large enough to matter to you. With enough data and no effect, it says there is no clear link yet.

A correlation is a correlation

A late dinner that keeps showing up before your worst nights is worth knowing about. It is still a pattern in your data, and every note calls it that. Testing a change on yourself is how you learn what causes what, and the engine gives you the numbers to do it.

Uncertainty stays in view

Values AumniVIDA reads from a document wait for your confirmation when the reading is uncertain. Protocols cite their sources, and the ones compiled by the community say so on their badge.
